We design and create equipment efficiency measuring systems, the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) being a fundamental index in measuring industrial performance.
The OEE is commonly used to measure the efficiency of a machine or plant and quantify the losses that occur during a process.
OEE measurement takes three factors into consideration: availability (percentage of effective operating time with respect to potential), performance (percentage of parts produced with respect to scheduled amount) and quantity (percentage of non-defective parts with respect to total parts produced). Some of our implementations of particular interest follow.
Some of our OEE creation success stories:
Pharmaceutical company: Production Line efficiency Monitoring Software
For a well-known multinational in the sector, Taiprora has designed and implemented a factory control system at various European plants, for automatic detection of production efficiency data.

Automotive head production department supervisor.
For a multinational in the automotive / aluminium die-casting sector, Taiprora has created an application to supervise the core-making department, storing in its database a lot of information on production and the working methods of the machine operators. The managers will thus have an effective tool that allows them to verify the efficiency of the machines, of the operators and, in general, the progress of productivity over time.
