The Web Engineering Taiprora area deals with the design and development of web-based business applications.
Types of solutions
Over the years the Taiprora web team has carried out numerous projects, useful for business management both for strategic and market decisions, for management and for production. Among these we include:
- Supplier Access Portals: extranet to manage the documentation, qualifications, works, entry permits of external suppliers, with direct interface to the access control system installed at the company plants;
- Shipping and delivery portals: applications for accessing plants by trucks for large shipments / deliveries;
- Document Management Portals, Projects and internal procedures
- Pricing portals: competition data collection and reporting for the definition of corporate pricing strategies
We also developed specific applications for production, as:
- Production monitoring, through synoptics and web SCADA;

Experience, attention to specific customer needs, make our web applications structured, vertical products, scalable over time (multi-plant and multi-language) and intuitive / easy to use. A strength in the creation of our products is certainly the ability to apply waterfall or agile project management methodologies depending on the project in question, with the strong belief that the customer is an integral part of the team.
We design web solutions that change the way of working, providing an innovative tool different from those usually used, speeding up frequent operations and simplifying / automating daily tasks.
Likewise, it is not required to stop company production during the installation and testing phases.
The increasingly and advanced market standards have led us to develop applications that can be used both on the company intranet and on the Internet.
For this reason, we manage each implementation phase by constantly focusing on the cyber-security of the data exposed on the network, creating optimized communication protocols and applying static and dynamic analysis techniques to the source code, audit trail techniques (standard required in the pharmaceutical), etc.

The standard technological infrastructure that we create using both open-source and commercial platforms is divided into:
- Front-end, with creation of custom interfaces, multi-platform (cross-platform) and responsive. This using the latest frameworks such as Angular and React;
- Back-End, multiplatform (cross-platform)
- Specific database for the project, communication protocols with the company ERP, communication with third-party cloud services and databases;
- Starting with this basic structure, Taiprora can integrate advanced services and accessories such as machine learning / artificial intelligence algorithms for automated data analysis
Each of these points is developed by a sub-team with specific skills: in this way Taiprora can parallelize the development and create complete, safe, performing and usable products in a short time.
