We are honored to have participated last week, together with A.Celli, in the “Transizione 5.0 and tax credit to increase energy efficiency” organized by Mengoli Srl.
The Transition Plan 5.0 provides for important concessions for the purchase of tangible and intangible capital goods, software linked to the achievement of objectives energy efficiency such as to introduce reductions in consumption.
The AGV, AMR and software solutions offered by A.Celli and Taiprora contribute perfectly to achievement of these objectives.

Taiprora for Colletta Alimentare 2023
This year too we participated in large numbers with our friends and families in the #Collettaalimentare of the Fondazione Banco Alimentare Onlus. An event that has given us the joy of giving for several years.This year we collected 938 kg of food wihich will be donated to those in need, increasing the quantities collected last year by over 20%.
We are very happy for this result and for having contributed, in our small way, to spreading the culture of giving. Thanks to everyone who participated.

A new fleet of LGVs installed at a client operating in the pharmaceutical sector
In the past weeks we have completed the installation of a fleet of LGVs for the transpost of bins in a well-known multinational in the pharmaceutical sector.
Our team was able to complete the project without generating production stops.
A great success for the whole Taiprora team... great job guys!!!

Today we presented the prizes for the first edition of 'The Future Digital Factory' project: the factory of the future seen by children.
Taiprora for charity: Colletta Alimentare 2022
Also this year we took part in the great initiative of the 'Colletta Alimentare' made by the Banco Alimentare.
A team of over 20 people also made up of friends and family who made this day even more special. Together we have collected 756 kg of food to donate to those in need.

Our project The Future Digital Factory is inspired by this sentence: the factory of the future seen by children, a creative project that we developed with our children and the fifth grade classes of the Domus Mariae primary school in Pescara.
Together with them, we imagined the technological evolutions that will characterize the factory of the future.

Speaker grill bending machine
We have designed and built an assembly station for loudspeaker components in the automotive field. The system is equipped with a traceability software and guides the operator in every activity. The machine has a high level of precision (tenth of a millimeter) and high speed (about 600 pcs / h).
Integrated automatic Gantry Palletizer
For a global enterprise operating in beauty & personal care, we designed and built a 3-axis Cartesian automatic palletizing
system (Gantry Palletizer): 26 m long Y axis, 6,100 m long X axis, 3.20 m long axis. This gantry palletizer is fully integrated with production area, LGV, wrapping machine and automatic warehouse.

Artificial vision system for real-time quality control by a collaborative robot
Within an automotive seat production line, a fully automated real-time quality control system was introduced through a collaborative robot system equipped by sensors and cameras, with consequent zeroing of production waste.

Tradition embraces innovation: Industry 4.0 at the service of Italian excellence

This project wanted to combine the technological innovation of Taiprora and the productive excellence of Rustichella: its result will be a reduction in production costs and an increase in production up to 35%.

Laser Measuring Machine for Timing Belts
For a leading enterprise in rubber / automotive spare parts we have designed and built a timing belts testing machine.
The machine simulates the engine's performance, thanks to a set of laser sensors, measures all the features of the timing belt: both dimensional (thickness, height and width of the toe and tooth height) as well as dynamic ones (belts on the pulleys and belt slackening).
The machine is fully integrated with the MES business system, enabling full product traceability thanks to the use of Data Matrix and Barcode readers.

Our company has produly participated at the 20th Colletta Alimentare, a charity day organised by Banco Alimentare.
The purpose was to collect food for people who need them.
We are happy to helped our community harvesting food up to 760 kg, and giving a little but important contribution to this initiative.

Omron and Taiprora working together on the challenges of Industry 4.0
We were able to share the trajectories of development linked to Industry 4.0 with Omron, one of our strategic technical partners, in our office in San Giovanni Teatino.
The result of being able to dialogue with the Japanese delegation and European and Italian managers was another step towards ever greater collaboration. The common goal is to provide our clients with the most innovative solutions on the market and to give our partners in the East market feedback regarding the technologies most in demand.
The global challenge of Industry 4.0 also involves India
Our CEO Francesco Alfieri was a speaker in the 'Tech-Know-Edge - Connecting the World' seminar organised by the Indian Government and the CII - Confederation of Indian Industry on 25 June 2016 in Bhopal (India) (news from the Indian newspaper The Pioneer).
The event was the occasion for discussing various development scenarios for the country through Industry 4.0, the local business community and its relationships with clients, partners and foreign investors.
Alfieri's reflections on this experience: 'I encountered considerable interest in the issue of Industry 4.0 and there were various requests for more details on technical issues from companies and appointed institutions. I believe there is a great deal of work for us Europeans in this country, above all in the role of enablers for innovative technologies. Italian industry - still seen as a symbol of high technology and elegance - deserves a special mention. We will respond to these challenges by working even more closely alongside our Indian office in Pune.'

Taiprora took part in IMTEX 2016, held in Bangalore (India) from 21 to 26 January 2016.
IMTEX is one of the most important Asian industrial automation exhibitions. The staff of our Indian division wished to attend the event to illustrate the Tai Group's industrial automation, robotics and mechatronics, process optimisation and system integration solutions to visitors and investors.
Mr Francesco Alfieri, CEO of Taiprora Italia, also took part in the event, entering new partnerships with local businesses and bodies.
